USBC National Convention

Delegates attending the 2016 USBC Convention in Las Vegas approved two bylaw ammendments that affect the operations of un-merged State & Local Associations.

The proposals will require all non-merged Local and State Associations to merge by  August 1, 2018. This means that this State Youth Association will cease to exist by that date and all services and programs will transfer to a new State Board of Directors. Part of the new Board must have representation from a Youth Committee, so youth programs as you see them today in the State should not change very much, they will just be administered by a new board of directors.

This current Board is committed to the merger process and will work to isnure that the programs we have started will stay intact and continue into the future under the new Association. As things develop we will post information as appropriate to this site.
